Stay connected with complimentary high-speed wireless internet throughout the park. Wi-Fi code provided upon check-in and is reserved for park tenants only.
Large Pull-Through Sites
All sites are large pull-through sites — no backing in required. Designed to accommodate big rigs, fifth wheels, Class A motorhomes, and rigs with multiple slide-outs. Pull straight in and pull straight out, making arrival and departure stress-free.
30/50 Amp Electric Service
Both 30 Amp and 50 Amp service is available. Do not connect 50 amps to 30 amp service. All RVs must be self-contained.
Water & Sewer Hookups
Each site includes electric, water, and sewer. All rigs must have a septic hose connector. Note: Park water is not potable.
Walk to Beach & Shops
Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and convenience store. Souvenir shops, surfboard rentals, bar and grills, and more are within a block of the park.
Walk to Nightlife
Walk to a night club featuring mixed drinks, food, and live band on weekends. Entertainment is right at your doorstep.
Partner Shower, Laundry & BBQ Facilities
Our guests can use shower, laundry, restroom, and BBQ pavilion facilities at our partner Austin's Landing RV Resort, which is just half a mile away.
